What software do you use?

We use a software known as TeamViewer.  This software allows us to connect to your computer and do the work that is required per our service agreement.

Will I be notified before Y'all work on my computer?

Yes.  Every time we need to connect to run our monthly or bi-monthly maintenance.  Customer will be called and emailed asking for permission.  If there was no answer or permission was not received.  We will NOT connect and we will attempt to re-schedule or hold further maintenance until contact with customer has been made for permission or clarification.

What devices are supported?

We support a wide-range of devices.  From Windows, Apple, Tablets, Phones, and Laptops.

Will y'all randomly connect to my computer? 

No.  We will NEVER connect to someones computer without permission.  This is strictly against our Terms of Service and violates Privacy.
